Description

This three-days course has been designed to provide you appropriate skills required to schedule and deliver critical projects on time while helping you prepare for the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification exam.

Exam

To pass your PMI-SP examination, you will need to follow the following process:

1. Ensure if you are eligible for the PMI-SP credential (see pre-requisites)

  • Secondary degree
    • 40 months of project scheduling experience within the last 5 years
    • 40 hours of project scheduling education

 

  • Four-year degree
    • 28 months of project scheduling experience within the last 5 years
    • 30 hours of project scheduling education

2. Fill out the Application Form including the list of your experiences and persons of reference in case your file is audited
3. Prepare yourself for the exam (simulate exam with several sets of 170 multiple choice questions; duration: 4 hours)
4. PMI will need to evaluate anxd validate your Application Form. This is the panel review.
5. Proceed to payment (670 USD for non PMI-members, 520 USD for PMI members)
6. Receive a voucher (validity 1 year)
7. Schedule your exam at a Prometric test center near your location when you are ready or take your exam online
