Description

This course deepens the knowledge of the HERMES 5.1 method, the Swiss federal administration standard for IT project management. Participants will learn in depth the structure and operation of the “Standard IT System” scenario. This course prepares specifically for the HERMES 5.1 Advanced exam.

  • Business analysts (or project management assistants)
  • Process managers, project managers, testers
  • Any person brought to work with IT and who wishes to deepen their knowledge by new techniques

Objectives

  • Know the tools as well as the methodical approach to carry out IT systems development projects
  • Study the modules and tasks of project management that allow you to work effectively with stakeholders and to set up an effective project organization
  • Understand how to integrate agility within the framework of HERMES
  • Use the advanced functions of the HERMES site: adaptation and creation of scenarios; use of templates and checklists

  • Have followed the training: HERMES 5.1 Foundation

  • Module 1: The basics of HERMES
  • Module 2: Standard IT application scenario
  • Module 3: Deepening of project management modules
  • Module 4: Process and activities during the initialization of a project
  • Module 5: Reports and approval of the different phases of a project
  • Module 6: Master organization module and project organization
  • Module 7: Exam simulation with correction
  • Module 8: Commercial organization, implementation and supply organization module
  • Module 9: Deepening of the modules IT system, IT migration and IT operations
  • Module 10: Agile development with HERMES

Exam

  • This training prepares to the online exam HERMES 5.1 Advanced (CHF 890.-) available in French, English and German
