Description

This training, based on the Agile extension of the BABOK Guide by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), is designed for business analysts working within agile projects or organizations. In large-scale projects, business analysis plays a vital role in project success. Our course aims to highlight the role of the Business Analyst in an agile project and enable them to apply their skills effectively.

Objectives

  • Understand what the agile approach is in projects

  • Execute agile practices on the discovery and delivery phases of an Agile project

Module 2: Overview of the main agile approaches
Module 3: The Role of the Business Analyst in a Scrum project, DSDM, AUP
Module 4: Skills and qualifications of a BA
Module 5: Introduction to agile practices for the Business Analyst
Module 6: Correspondence between technical “classic” and “agile” BA
Module 7: Practical Practices part of the discovery: “What and Why”
Module 8: Practices concrete frame of delivery: “How and When”

Exam

This training prepares for the Certification in Agile Analysis exam (IIBA-AAC).

The Agile Analysis certification exam, formulated from the Agile extension of BABOK®, consists of 85 multiple choice questions determined on scenarios and duration 2 hours.
