Module 1: Introduction to the concept of Business Continuity Management System (SMCA) as defined by ISO 22301

Introduction to business continuity,
Introduction to management systems and process approach,
Presentation of ISO 22301, ISO / PAS 22399 and ISO 27031, BS 25999, as well as the regulatory framework,
Fundamental principles of business continuity,
Preliminary analysis and determination of the level of maturity of a business continuity management system existing according to ISO 21827,
Writing of a feasibility study and a project plan for the implementation of an SMCA.
